At PIL, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, quality products, and excellent customer service. But, in case, things don't work out due to any unfortunate reason, we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of delivery for free.
How does the return system work?
Step 1: The customer starts a return through our online return portal. (Please note that you will need your order no and email address to start a return. You can find the order no in the invoice and order confirmation email, you received upon placing the order).
Note: If you cannot retrieve the original order number or you no longer have access to the email address you used to place the order, please contact our customer support.
Step 2: Our team inspects the return request and approves it. The customer receives a return approval email and further instructions.
Step 3: The customer repacks the item and ships it back to our provided return address.
Step 4: We received the returned item and issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving it.
Note: The returned product should be in new or unused condition with all the original product inserts and/or accessories.
Who pays the return shipping price/label?
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by PIL if the product received is different from the one advertised, with errors, and/or in case of a defective product.
Return shipping price will be the responsibility of the customer if the return request is due to buyer's remorse which includes one or more of the following reasons.
- The item didn't fit
- Didn't like the color/quality
- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Bought somewhere else
